All Content, design, layout, graphics, trademarks, logos and materials published on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ek78 or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The ek78 name, logo and associated brand identifiers are proprietary to ek78.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence, right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property belonging to ek78 or its licensors, beyond the limited access licence described in Section 6 above.

Third-party trademarks referenced within the Content — including the names Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and sports competitions including the PSL, ICC and others — remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their mention on the Platform does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or authorisation by those trademark owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, ek78, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform;
• Decisions made regarding gambling activity based on information obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, any data transmitted through or stored on the Platform;
• Conduct of any third-party Operator referenced within the Platform's Content;
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under Applicable Law, ek78's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid by you to access the Platform (if any) or PKR 1,000 (one thousand Pakistani Rupees).

The Platform may contain references, descriptions or reviews of third-party betting and casino Operators. ek78 does not endorse, recommend or accept responsibility for the conduct, terms, policies or practices of any such Operator.

Any interaction between you and a third-party Operator — including registration, deposit, withdrawal, bonus claiming or dispute resolution — is governed exclusively by the terms and conditions of that Operator. ek78 is not a party to any agreement between you and an Operator and bears no liability in relation to any such interaction.

Users are strongly advised to read the full terms and conditions, privacy policy and responsible gambling policy of any Operator before registering or depositing funds.

Online gambling is a legally sensitive activity. The following notices apply to all Users:

Termination of access does not affect any accrued rights or obligations arising prior to termination. Clauses that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10 and 16 — shall continue in full force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, taking into account the informational nature of the Platform and its audience.

Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law may impose additional requirements or restrictions on online activities. Nothing in these Terms overrides or supersedes any Applicable Law binding on the User in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. Where direct resolution is not possible, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration or a competent court in the jurisdiction determined by ek78, subject always to mandatory consumer-protection provisions applicable to the User under their local law.
